Since 2016, Naymon Frank has worked with Tesla, serving as a sales manager in Los Angeles, California. In this role, he performs sales, management, training, and development duties at several of the company’s southern California locations, cultivating the sales talent the organization needs to succeed. As a sales professional, he has brought in millions of dollars in average monthly revenue and ranked in the organization’s top 10 sales agents worldwide. Naymon Frank’s talent for personnel development and training has been recognized by the Tesla leadership team, and he has helped more than 25 employee associates improve their sales skills.

Before coming to Tesla, Naymon Frank studied sociology at Oregon State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2008. During his time there, he earned several athletic accolades, including Las Vegas Bowl, Insight Bowl, Sun Bowl, and Emerald Bowl championships. He graduated from the university with academic honors as a Division 1 athlete. He has brought his passion for athletics to his work with RockSolid, speaking on the danger of head trauma in football.
